To date, I have found the following items (sometimes more than once) in my childrens' bellybuttons:
Rice
Peas
Breadcrumbs
A button
Cheese
Macaroni noodles
Ink (they drew on themselves)
Imagine what the future has in store for us! The possibilities are mind-boggling!
